Getting a kick out of football!

We went to Denman today, about 20km from where we live. It was a cool day with a light breeze and patchy warm sunlight. Our grandson Callum played a game of football in the morning and doubled up playing in the in the group 21 team. todays blip shows Cal striding down field to defend their advantage. I was impressed how he is positioning himself in defence and attack to get the best advantage. Winning two games of football today and off to Newcastle for a regional athletics carnival where he is registered in 9 events, and all at the age of 12. And yes, I know, we were all like that when we were young. The second photo is of Cal in the middle of the shot, coming off the field with a big smile on his face. Hope you all had a great weekend!
