A big one!

An emu egg was given to me this morning after Truly explained that I made pancakes for breakfast for everyone. Apparently I can make a lot of pancakes with this! We've all had a little chat and have decided to take the egg back to Perth with us and try to see how many pancakes it will make...I fear I'll need a large bowl, help from a mixer and more than one pan unless we plan on cooking all day!!
