Debris

Saturday was a fairly lazy day, where does the time go? 
Up before the lark as usual for a weekend morning, 'cos I really treasure that special "me" time. Blood pressure got checked and is actually looking normal now, (the Doc will be pleased when I see him next Friday.) 
From there on in it was watching some MLS matches including a Caps 0-0 draw in 100deg F Houston.  
Ate loads of superb cherries after concocting a brilliant stir fry that received several nods of approval from the boss. 
What's that phrase about a happy wife leads to happy life? 

Ah well. Until tomorrow....
