Surveying the scene

Lots of birds returned today to the feeder though sparrows were the main variety, no tits have appeared yet and no squirrel either. Yesterday was a lovely day and so good to see friends I see all too rarely. They also all helped with the preparation and clearing up so not too tired today.

Quiet day watching the cricket, though the game has been off/on with typical Manchester rain. Still it's quiet and restful so happy just to let the day wash by.
