Unlicensed lamp-post

Today, being Friday, was a "Smart Working" day, but as that meant I was working from home, I was certainly not dressed smartly.

This DVLA wheel clamp has been tied to this lamp-post for several months now, it seems a strange thing to be untaxed, maybe it's MOT is out of date!
