Wealden Warbirds

were flying at a field near us so we went along to watch for a while. This is an rc model Fokker Eindecker WW1 monoplane single seater fighter aircraft so my husband says. I have no idea... Not that you can see it because of the low cloud but the Long Man of Wilmington is to the right of the plane. Later in the afternoon the cloud lifted and the sun came out.

Our camping chairs were on their last legs so we went to buy the replacements we'd been eyeing up for a while to find they were reduced by a fiver each. The savings more than covered the cost of a picnic table. Next time we watch a show we will do so in style :)

It's been a relaxing day which was needed after yesterday.
