Carskey Beach

Dull and wet start to the day.
Still raining heavily after our Sunday morning grocery shop :-(
We decided to delay our Sunday walk until the afternoon hoping to grab a dry window in the wet day.
We were in luck and headed south to Carskey Bay for a walk along the beach.
Still overcast but mainly dry for our walk although the rain started in earnest just as we were approaching the end of our walk.
Coming home we slowed down at Keil cemetry to see if any of the seals were hauled out on the rocks.
Although plenty in the water none out on the rocks.
Heading home we stopped at the farm stand but sadly no eggs were for sale although there were courgettes and bags of mixed salad and rocket and a couple of jars of home made rhubarb and ginger jam.
