Loving life.

Woke up this morning to a scorcher of a day. At 8.30 I was having to sit in the shade because I was so hot. Stu made me a cuppa and a bacon sandwich (he's a good person to go camping with) while I applied sun tan cream and and did very little. The non campers (those with kids that aren't as adventurous as Nic) arrived around one. The day has been filled with bbqs, water fights, water slides, painting, drinking and general fun.
Todays picture is a selfie of Gem, Charlotte, Stu and I taken while we were watching Plastic Pantomime. When the band finished we all headed back to the tents where we had jacket potatoes Stu had cooked in the fire pit. They were delicious but it did seem slightly wrong eating them at at one in the morning.
This weekend has been the most relaxed I have felt in a few months.
