Notes: Started the day at the farmers market and then 2 hrs with Michelle Dion for health consult. Got some groceries and took those back and then lunch and cupcakes at Reston Town Center. Afternoon was eyebrow waxing and then nearly 2 hrs of very painful deep tissue massage. Quiet dinner back at the house.
