Exoskeleton

The opening in the back of this exoskeleton is so small you wonder how the Dragonfly managed to emerge from it.  
My friend's pond isn't very large, or deep, but is the perfect habitat for the Broad Bodied Chasers.  I counted 14 of these remains clinging fast to the stems that rise out of the surface. 

There are also hundreds of little frogs that are smaller than the tips of a finger.  That's for another blip.
