Cooking Class

A cooking class provided insight into some of the tastes and flavors of Laos food. Excellent cooking school, well organized, fresh ingredients and despite being the only vegetarian in a group of nine, I was given a wonderful, four course vegan menu to prepare and cook.

After all our hard work we enjoyed a leisurely lunch with this wonderful view.
