Holiday Money...

We're heading on our big holiday at the weekend, so it was time for the kids to break into their Nicaraguan piggies.

They got these from their Uncle Coco and Aunty Karen.  They function much like those money pot things.  You fill it up and when you're ready you smash it open.  There is no other way into them.  We told them that they have to give Uncle Coco and Aunty Karen money from the pigs to pay for replacements for the next saving project.

It's a bit of a shame smashing them as they are really cool but the nature of it is that we'll be buying the new ones and so putting the money back into the process for the next ones.
