Technology - hmph!

We have been having all sorts of problems with the technology at home, from the internet not working and it being a great mystery to the engineer, to the laptop playing up and the camera not doing what it is supposed to do.  Mummy has decided that since young people are supposed to know all about these things, I should have a go at fixing everything.  Now if I just press this button and this one ... woopsie...
