L'Herbe

There were so many photos to choose from today - we went to L'Herbe, the prettiest village I've ever seen. I took dozens of photos of the village, the beach, the strange patterns in the sand, the sunset, my mum, and (of course) my dog running around looking delighted. It really was difficult to choose which one would be my blip for the day.

In the end I chose this for its simplicity and calmness, two things I am trying to include in my life as much as possible. It's not the best composition but I love the colours and the depth of field. I'm still a complete beginner with my camera so it makes me very happy when I capture an image that I think is pretty.
