Forget-me-not

This little flower was growing in the lawn and is about 1 cm across. I had the dilemma of whether to blip the one that had sharp petals and blurry stamens, or the one with blurry petals and sharp stamens, (or go out and take more shots). I chose the one with sharp stamens as you can see a little 'green finger' on the end of the foremost petal. I have never seen that before.

I had to swallow my pride in a big way today and  took delivery of a walking frame and crutches. The idea is for them to allow me to do more walking in order to build up muscles and fitness ready for spinal surgery.  I now feel very old and decrepit.
