Scabiosa

Despite the 'scabby' name I love the buds and flowers of the Scabiosa, & they keep coming back year after year.

Had to put the heating on this evening - seriously unimpressed with our Summer. Heavy rain has postponed the planting I had planned so had time to catch up on some reading instead.
