No longer to be sat upon.
Went to an Art and Craft show in deepest Sussex this afternoon. This was in a corner of the garden.
On my way home I stopped at Cowdray Cafe, sat outside with tea and Orange&Polenta cake and read my book. Recommended by a friend, Chernobyl Prayer by Svetlana Alexievich tells the stories she gathered from women who were there. Published in 1997 and reprinted in this, the 30th anniversary year of that appalling disaster.
