Please help!

Nothing has gone right today. For some reason my Blipfoto account on my PC won't work - it won't let me upload a new entry and I cannot see any comments below any of the journal entries. I cannot see comments and I cannot add any - has anyone come across this problem before? I am hoping some clever computer minded person out there can help me sort this. I have rebooted my computer, I have signed out of my Blipfoto account and in again, but nothing works. I am now loading this on my laptop as I cannot do so on my desktop PC.

It seems a strange coincidence that this problem has occurred after I had a computer specialist here today to help me with setting up a system backup. It was the most frustrating meeting with him, it went on for nearly 4 hours and besides not liking his manner he was too technical for me and tried to get me to understand every single extremely technical step of the way - my brain felt like exploding by the time he left - well I asked him to leave as he was getting more and more technical about checking the health of my files, disks, etc and all I wanted was a backup system installed and to be the end user of a system, not the specialist who understand how every file worked. And after all that he only backed up a one drive as I have a complicated multi drive system.

I am also very worried about my mother who has been having a terrible time with her health for the past few weeks, and things are not really improving.
