Relaxing

Joe didn't want stuff for his birthday but he did ask for a massage to relax all the knots and tension in his back and neck which he gets from sitting at a computer all day. So this afternoon we drove out into the countryside to see my friend Deirdre who does Shiatsu massage. I left Joe at her house while I went for a walk in the gardens of the big house next door. Beautiful flowers, sunshine, blue skies, peace and quiet.

At this time of year we used to take a family holiday to the Western Isles and being with Joe reminded me of a trip to Islay when we played THIS over and over and over in the car....

Anyway, the Shiatsu worked a treat. All the knots have gone :-)
