Across the sands

A day out of the office, helping judge Lancashire Environmental Funds Best Practise awards in the play area category.  Visits to sites in Preston, Fleetwood and Lancaster - and a unanimous decision from the three of us. I think this is the 3rd time I've been involved in one or other category, but the first time in the play category - and the first time the weather has been kind. We had a lunch break in Fleetwood, and the views across the sands of Morecambe Bay towards the Lakeland fells were beautiful.
