Day 209 Lily Again

Today it was overcast and dizzly so we went home early. We drove past the beach to say good bye and Lily asked if we could have one last walk on the beach..

We are now home. Every stitch of clothing has been washed to get rid of the sand and all her plastic beach toys have been through the dishwasher. Lily had a bath and washed her hair, so the bottom of the bath is a gritty mess. Just the car to go, then we are officially sand free. It will be bliss to be back to normal. I hadn't realised quite how far sand can go.
