Wide Angle Wednesday - Underneath the Bath
Bobsblips has kindly given us free rein to photograph whatever we want for Widwed this week.
We're having a busy week with bathroom fitters here to update the bathroom and cloakroom. So I took the chance to take a fisheye shot underneath the old bath before they remove it. It's taken with my phone camera with the clip-on fisheye lens.
You'll note, when you see it from here, that at some stage in the past the room has been lined with pine cladding which has then had plasterboard put over it. We wonder if that was original back in 1904 when the house was built. It's interesting how fashions go in circles (although we've decided to stick with the plasterboard surface and just replace the previous tiles). The wooden cladding under the plasterboard has one great advantage - it's very easy to screw fittings to the wall!
