Sunflowers

This hasn't been taken with my widest lens but turned out better for my Wide Angle Wednesday shot.

I don't think I have ever seen such impressive sunflowers as here in Northern France.

Today we travelled inland into Normandy. We toured the cheese factory at Livarot and sampled probably the best cheese I have ever tasted.
We bought some camembert then drove down the road to Camembert where we found a picnic spot to eat it with our baguette.

On the way home we took the Cider Route and stopped at a farm-side outlet for a tasting and purchase.

Then we stopped at Pegasus bridge, first objective of the D Day invasion, just before we got home.
