Victoria Street

I love the curve and the bright colours of this street in the heart of the 'Old Town' in Edinburgh.  This leads down to the popular Grassmarket area and is on two levels - the upper level which can be reached by steps up from Victoria Street or down from the Royal Mile.  Victoria Street houses an array of bookshops, bars, gift shops, cafe's and restaurants. Also, if you are a Harry Potter fan - this street gave J.K. Rowling the inspiration for 'Diagon Alley'.
