QOTD: does everyone have somewhat OCD or is it always considered as a disorder (even if the symptoms seen are nonsignificant)?

The work in the pic was named 80SW/Flying Garden/Air-Port-City, It took me a pretty long time to find the name (due to copyrights and etc). Now I wonder why the artist chose to name it that way.
