Art on the trail

I was up at 5am this morning so I walked at 7 and went along the trail down the road (it has been to hot normally to walk that far).  But this hickory nut caught my eye sitting among the rocks.  The squirrels can break these hard things open and I can't even do it with a hammer.  They are not good for us to eat anyway but still.   Makes me scared of those squirrel teeth!
