Decisions Decisions

The house buying took a couple of steps forward today,  we met the agent at the house for a kitchen measuring session and the surveyor called to say the house is basically ok, just needs some TLC and the asking price is reasonable.  So, we can let the legal wheels keep on turning and hope nothing comes up to cause difficulties.  Also met some of the potential neighbours, started looking through kitchen and flooring catalogues and I watched a video on installing underfloor heating!

Didn't get the time for a blip so a last minute diary shot today.

Rhetorical question ... how is it the flooring we like is the most expensive?
