Pevensey Scarecrow Festival

On riding around the Pevensey area my attention has been drawn by numerous figures dotted about seemingly at random. It took me a little while to learn that they were entries in this year's scarecrow festival. I was worried that the area was going a bit Wicker Man!
 These particular figures can be seen in front of Pevensey Castle, where Will the Con and his posse landed...allegedly.
