Alaska

This beautiful farm delights me every time I drive to town. The landscape changes through the seasons and they are now cutting and baling the hay. Fireweed is blooming along all the roadsides and fills many fields, and there is a saying that when the fireweed blooms reach the top summer is over.
The name of our road is Robinson Loop, and this farm is owned by the Robinson family. The parents were among of the original homesteaders of this Kenai Peninsula.
