Widecombe-in-the-moor

My brother and sister-in-law took us for a day out on the moors. We walked up Hound tor and beyond to a medieval settlement, then back to the car to dodge the rain and off to the Rugglestone inn at Widecombe for lunch. After lunch we stopped for another walk down behind Haytor through fields with sheep and some belted Galloway cattle then came back over Saddle tor. Unfortunately it rained again once we'd left the shelter of the tor.
