Reed Flute Cave

We've decided to relax, so just one outing today. We walked to the Reed Flute Cave, the nearest tourist attraction to the hotel. It's a fantastic display of stalactites, stalagmites & joined up ones (whatever they're called - pillars?) but apparently the wonder of nature is not enough and it's been given multi-coloured illumination to enhance the dramatic effect. A bit like Disney Underworld. But it's still great!

I've tried to de-garishify the photo (a new word, I'll add it to my Chenglish collection) but with limited success.

We had a dumpling making class in the hotel tonight, basically made our own dinner. Worked out surprisingly well.
