Just a touch of smoke

I couldn't believe the amount of smoke being emitted from this Range Rover as it went past me when I was parked up in a lay-by. If it were my car smoking like this then I would be seriously worried! The cars behind had their lights on as it was so thick - I'm sure the driver could not have missed it!!!
There should be an extra but the iPad for some reason won't let me add it.........technology....huh.....or is it the blip app......?
