Ring out the Bells!

A phone call from Ruth's college - well it will be if the funding comes through - this morning set the bells ringing here.  The LA are negotiating details of the funding with the college and we seem to be moving towards a happy resolution.  Fingers crossed for a final answer next week ... and then we really can ring out the bells!
