Vitznau

Holidays started. How good is this? Going up at 9am. Leaving home at 10am and arriving at the summer holiday destination at 11am. We are going to spend a couple of days in Vitznau, at the Vierwaldstättersee, at the foot of the Rigi and with a view to the Pilatus.

Lunch at noon, swimming in the lake in the afternoon, leaving with the 110 year old steam paddler "Schiller" at 6pm for the blue balls concert of Corinne Bailey Rae in Lucerne. Back by train and bus. Night cap (Granito del Ticino) on the room terrace overlooking the lake at midnight while planning tomorrows hike.
