they get everywhere!

I thought I had my blip this morning - the inside of a lily, with details of the stamens - but when I was out gardening this afternoon I found this.
The wet year, after a mild winter, has resulted in a plague of snails of all sizes and They've been eating their way through lots of things in the garden.
After yesterday's rain we've had a beautiful day and I got in an hour's run this morning before it got too warm so I'm now pretty confident of doing the 10k in 3 weeks time.
