Up Early III

4 and a hours is not any where enough sleep for this old man.
Mind you the sunrise was well worth it. I headed for Shag Rock this morning for some thing different.
I bit of a nap on returning home and then went for a walk up the hills.
Now my eyes feel like they want to roll back and rest for a while.
