Twisted

I love trees. Especially old trees like this one. I love how the roots come up.stretching up from the ground and twisting around and around. And then there is the moss, all soft and furry like a green pelt.
At his funeral, my dad wanted The Tree by Paul Robeson played. It didn't happen and I regret that. Hi favourite line from it was this:
"I never thought that I should see a poem lovely as a tree"
And it's my favourite line too.
