50 Years Ago Today !

For some reason I don't remember the World Cup Final in 1966 at all !
We were more of a rugby family and I was looking forward to emulate my brother on the rugby field ( I got in the school team  front row ....but I was useless )
This World Cup Willie ( the official England Mascot ) was made by Madhatter from an original knitting pattern . The bottle of pale ale is unopened - waiting for happier football times ????
