Spent the day canoeing down the river. Was pretty relaxing but not exactly my idea of an ideal day out. Met a really interesting guy who had lived all over the world (including Oman!) and spoke about 15 languages.

Went into Sarlat for dinner and sat on a lovely terrace with a view of the square. Finally tried goose gizzards, which were alright considering.
