Battersea Power House

It's been a long day, a very long day. Woke up at 04.11 in readiness for my alarm at 05.30 (..) to get over to Battersea for an 08.00 10K race.

The three of us ran reasonably well coming 7th, 12th and 16th respectively but getting home at 10.30 after a gruelling morning (it actually felt like 15.00) meant for a long afternoon.

Best sleep in until at least 07.00 tomorrow
