Obvious really.

Real roller coaster of a day.

Up early to go for breakfast with the family............only to discover a text postponing as the S & H is still under the weather...........postponed, maybe until tomorrow. Fed the cats..........made breakfast.....ate.........took medication..........made coffee.........emptied the dishwasher.....checked emails............sat down to catch up on the news...........

Woke up just after 12.00............made coffee...........vacuumed.....had a bit of a tidy up...........fruit salad for lunch............out in the garden, hacked some of the most overgrown stuff, ready to tie ribbons round the things I want to keep in the redesign.........sat down about 2.50 to check on the women's golf..............

Woke up at 6.10........fed the cats............emptied the litter tray......made coffee............sorted out a meal............checked emails..........texted the offspring..........sat down ............caught the end of Britain's Favourite Superhero.........posted this...........decided to watch Iron Man II.......time 9.43.........wonder how long I'll last?

Can't decide if the sleeping is due to uncomfort from the MS............or the insomnia.............do know that about 30 minutes of any type of physical activity is all I  can manage before I  need a break.
