Chill day

A relaxing day on the cards - workshop on Whitework all day. Managed to go forwards, backwards, then forwards again ...... oh then backwards! Working white on white is hard on the eyes ..... Great company today, love a stitch and natter (bitch) session.

On the way home, my sister and I popped in to see mum. There have been some issues with how my mum sits in a chair (slouches, nearly off seat) and the staff assisting her out of the chair. A seating assessment has been carried out but rep from chair company not able to see her until end of August. In the meantime, a bed with pressure mattress will be delivered on Monday. The home have been advised, for my mums safety for her to stay in bed until the rep visits. This could result in her loosing or reducing the mobility she still has. We will wait and see what happens.
