Pecan Pie Anyone?

Daniel gave us tons of pecan nuts, still in their shells. This means they are fresh and delicious, but hard to get at! After several slow and messy attempts to shell them with a hammer and screwdriver, I decided to invest in a nutcracker - a "Tian Yu Xin" to be precise! Despite the Chinese sounding name, it is made in Sweden!
So this is the result! Still plenty of nuts left to crack, but it's a lot more fun with this gadget!
