Wombats!!

It will be Wombat overload tomorrow when CCN and I meet Jackie French a much loved Australian.  

I first remember being introduced to this wonderful Aussie when she used to appear on the popular gardening show - "Burke's Backyard".  If you want to be entertained spend some time browsing through Jackie's new website.

CCN and  I were very excited to see that Jackie is making a guest appearance just down the road from us on Shipley Plateau tomorrow.  There's a magical property called Pinerolo that is home to a well known book publisher and educator.  We'll be hot footing it down there first thing in the morning.  I want to add to my collection of Wombat books (see a small selection in this image).  Grandma Wombat was released by Jackie just in time for Mother's Day in May, and it's essential reading :-)  I don't think I'll have to go far for a blip tomorrow.
