Balloon Ride

Heard the roar of a balloon this morning and nipped out in time to see it drifting by. I don't seem to have seen many this year. Perhaps the weather has been against them.
Had another trip over to Penicuik in the evening for cricket. I took a run along the old railway route as part of my Couch to 5k effort. I'm on week 7 and the 'run' bit is done very very slowly but I'm impressed with my progress (though I say so myself). Tonight's challenge was to get through the railway tunnel in the dark - I suddenly found I could run a bit faster!
