There's a first time for everything

And this was my first time trying a tasting menu - 7 courses with matched wines.  Delicious - try it - The White Rabbit, Todmorden!  This is chicken ballotine, leek, quail's egg, truffles asparagus and delicious mayonnaise - I think there was tarragon in there.
