Buns

A lovely few days catching up with friends and neighbours before the next jolly. We leave on Tuesday for Italy, flying to Verona on Wednesday for a family wedding next Saturday. I have never had to pack for a fly away wedding, it taken as much thought time and energy as the two month trip to Scandiavia. The invite arrived last year when in NZ, my niece and partner decided the only way to have a small wedding was to go abroad - Lake Garda - and needed to let us all know well in advance. It all sounds good, fingers crossed all goes well for everyone travelling especially the bride and groom with all the bits needed these days. I have to say I feel excited about going, this has certainly taken us out of our comfort zone. We have a young woman coming to cat sit, she is from Bassel, it's madness really isn't it.
