Rubber Chilli?

A hot and very humid day with a lot of cloud cover.   We had strange winds blowing up for only a minute or two and then calming down again. This has happened several times this morning and it felt quite weird!

A few spots of rain but it feels like we need a good downpour!

I had a busy day yesterday, some help on the computer from Ed re some editing techniques and then out with friends for a meal.

So our friend from Roquetas stayed over, and we have had a relaxing morning chatting.   

This photo taken in the gardens below of a Giant Rubber Plant I think, showing a leaf forming before uncurling into the green ones we know.   It looks rather like a chilli.   You can see the dusty rainspots from a small shower earlier in the week.
