England or the Riveara?

What a lovely summers day, the sun is shining and there are lots of people having fun both in an out of the water. There were lots of people windsurfing and some having lessons, this chap made me smile, he was determined to keep his cap on just to be cool, I wondered what would happen if he fell in. The cap reminds me of someone else I know ;) The girl in the extra was struggling to get the sail back upright, but managed it in the end.
