Quendale Bay

Slow wander round Quendale Bay - along the beach (see the extra), and out onto Garths Ness.  

Always a splendid walk, particularly in warm sunshine and light winds.  Kept a close eye on the flat water - lots of bird life (terns, eider, gannets & shag) plus a few seals and a couple of porpoise (I think) - no sign of the Shetland orca (they seem to be sticking to the north end of the islands this weekend).
